Mission Statement

Our mission is to assist and promote non-harmful alternative methods and practitioners for helping the mentally disturbed that supplement or replace the pharmaceutical treatments that are so common. Our purpose is to provide education and choice to the public in the matter of alternative mental health practices.

Description

We are an all-volunteer organization that maintains a large web repository for alternative treatments for mental health, distributes alternatives mental research to interested parties, and provides forums for practitioners and another for self-help.
