To encourage, educate, and empower individuals to become more productive citizens. TLA transforms the ordinary individual into world class leaders who empower others to promote integrity, dignity, and respect. Successful outcomes will assist girls and young adults from under served communities to fulfill their potential by instilling confidence, thereby, preparing them to become career-focused and positive forces within the global marketplace.

Description

TLA will be conducting literacy classes in the communities that we serve. Our goal is to educate the underserved, underrepresented individuals, and families. Because we have identified these issues and many more, we have been successful in creating a program that is effective and appropriate. TLA has been providing services in partnership with other existing organizations currently serving communities. We would like to continue serving and satisfying these families with our literacy programs. Another area that we have targeted is serving troubled teens within schools, homes, and in the community.
