Description

TATCO Uganda was formed in 2010, in order to help reduce the number of unskilled youths and women, change the agricultural practices, reduce the environment degradation practices, unemployment and poverty in Buikwe district in Uganda. The formation of the community group was after observation and commitment of members on board who identified such problems in the community. Membership has grown and tangable change has started to occur in the community. Because most stakeholders like to see a vast change in the country, TATCO Uganda has moved and now covering Wakiso and Buikwe districts respectively. We hope that when all the desired developmental programmes are inplemented, more people's lives and mind set will change.

TATCO Uganda’s founding members overwhelmingly agreed on the need to form an oragnisation where skilled and experienced persons from within the community, agencies, government and any other volunteer elsewhere come and employ their skills to organized groups of people in our areas of operation in the community and train, sensitize them in the identified fields.
