Provides daily/weekly assistance in support of 8 departments and multiple programs for our organization, helps with fundraising, budgeting, research, community outreach, and other duties as assigned. Assists with scheduling volunteer meetings, special events, answering questions from donors, sponsors, and volunteers as a point of contact. Assists the Program Coordinator with data entry and processes as related to programs so that statistical information can be collected. Assists with maintaining inventories of necessary supplies such as evaluation forms, program title cards, program folders, and attendance sheets. Demonstrates a positive attitude and encourages a collaborative work environment. Models excellent customer service and makes client service a priority. Performs other duties as assigned. Meets short-term and long-term goals from new and existing partnership sources by developing "best practices" for digital fundraising across multiple platforms. Reporting to the Department Head and Founder, working closely with Social Media and Media team focusing on cultivating donations and partnership through email acquisitions; new methods of electronic fundraising, such as: social media and mobile; third parties; and is responsible for cultivating new partnership prospects through newly developing avenues. General Requirements: Develops and implements digital fundraising programs (including new and existing e-newsletters and e-renewals), online content monetization, widgets, online application development, second-screen donations, collaboration with local and national partners. Supervises delivery of fundraising campaigns across digital, mobile, social media, and developing channels. Provides leadership for improving GWBT online fundraising pages and partnership communications. Develops standardized digital fundraising and partnership procedures and ensures those standards are followed organizational wide Organizes activities to raise funds or otherwise solicit and gather monetary donations or other gifts for an organization. May design and produce promotional materials. Raise awareness of the organization's work, goals, and financial needs. Develop Non-Profit fundraising programs, such as: gift-matching. Monitor progress of fundraising drives. Compile or develop materials to submit to granting or other funding organizations. Develop and maintain media contact lists. Develop strategies to encourage new or increased contributions.

GWBT is in search of Live Stream Production Team to assist with video capture and live streaming of our events! The LSPT is both virtual and an on-site role involving all equipment set up for a successful Event or Live Stream Production. In addition to ensuring the video stream will be consistent throughout the shoot, the c assists in setting up sound and light for a high- quality video stream. The LSPT remains on-site throughout the duration of the shoot, monitoring and ensuring there are no breaks in streaming and stepping in to adjust equipment as necessary. The LSPT typically works alongside a Senior Videographer at an Event or Live Stream Production. Together you build a perfect picture for any Event or Live Stream Production. Both the LSPT and Senior Videographer work together to set up and test all elements of a successful shoot, including video equipment, sound, and light. Always keeping the organization's needs in mind, the LSPT will use their prior experience, creativity, as well as knowledge of social media and web marketing to execute a Live Stream Production that suits the organization's needs. Prior to any Event or Live Stream Production, the LSPT participates in brainstorms and planning meetings with the Founder and Senior Videographer assigned to the project. During these meetings, the LSPT is present to provide feedback on various ideas - typically to confirm an idea is doable or not. They bring in their expertise to offer creative takes on the organization’s needs for the production. Always willing to try something new and tinker until the set-up is just right, the LSPT’s input during planning and setup is vital to a successful Event or Live Stream Production. A successful LSPT has prior experience working with non-profit organizations and streaming events, typically as a Senior Videographer. The LSPT is not only gear oriented but understands all the components perfectly. Prior experience allows for growth within the team, as well as a guarantee that projects will be executed via GWBT's carefully planned procedures and systems. Duties/Responsibilities: * Setup and break down of camera/streaming equipment for an assigned venue. (Experience Required) * Video capture of all on ground events. * Live stream management of all events. * Assist the Production Lead with video file transfers and management. * High volume video capture for events. * Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Detail oriented. * Dependable and reliable. * Willingness to work weekends and travel. * Ability to lift ~35 pounds. * Ability to stand for long periods of time. * Familiarity with camera/streaming equipment (tripods, cameras, laptops, cabling, etc.) Preferred Qualifications: * Previous experience with sports video capture/live streaming. * Knowledge & understanding of educational and inspirational events. * Please include previous work experience in a detailed resume when applying for this position.

JOB SUMMARY : Oversee s video production services at Indianapolis event location. Produc e s event - based videos to internal and external audiences, and manage s the process for quality and efficiency. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Executes shoots on site/on location including audio, camera operation and talent directions. Additionally handles assignments requiring special lighting, multiple locations, creativity, special a udio needs, custom graphics and animation. Scouts shoot locations and assesses possible obstacles in filming and provides solutions or alternatives. Conducts interviews with attendees, staff/volunteers, GWBT alumni, others and ensures that val uable sound bites are captured. Plans and performs video post - production tasks, including reviewing footage, making editorial decisions, logging, rough cuts, audio adjustment, color correction, adding photographs, motion pictures, motion graphics, animatio n, audio and music, and final editing using Final Cut Pro, Avid or Adobe Premiere software; utilizes computer graphics and special effects for video post - production in accordance with the overall production concepts; compresses/encodes video projects for o utput; makes video products available in a variety of formats; observes brand standards, ensures consistency and relevancy to production; monitors technical quality of end product; and coordinates internal and external duplication services as required. Creates material used for, but not limited to shooting videos, and conducting field interviews; edit material for televis ion broadcast, social media, web applications or schedule guests as needed. Direct multi camera Marketing and Communications studio productions; supervise cameras, sound, character generator, teleprompter and floor director positions in the course of a Ma rketing and Communications production. Stays informed about the current state of and future advances in video production technology and video distribution. Recommends new video support systems and hardware and software technologies based on analysis of co llege needs. Participates in projects to integrate new video technologies and testing new hardware and software. LICENSES, TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT: Must be proficient with computers and other peripheral devices, d igital video cameras , microphones, and video editing hardware and software. Must possess a s trong working knowledge of Avid, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop and Premier. Proficiency using software appropriate to a marketing and com munications office; including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office; t elephone; copy and fax machine. Must have access to and use of own transportation. ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS: This position is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditi ons. Must be able to push, lift, carry a nd/or use the above equipment. May be required to work outdoors and from aircraft in the course of a video production. Close visual work required. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor ’ s d egree and minimum of four ( 4 ) years of relevant experience or, any combination of education and experience that is substantially equivalent to it. Demonstrated experience in the areas of videotape production, as well as a tho rough knowledge of audio, video and multimedia hardware and software required. Must be available to work a non - standard schedule in order to fulfill assigned duties and responsibilities. Ex perience supervising staff. Excellent communication skills required. Excellent an alytical and organizational skills required. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively and collegially with staff/volunteers , administrators, attendees and colleagues required.
