Description

The VIKTORY (Volunteers In Kariba Targetting Orphanages, Rehabilitation of wildlife and Youth Education) Project is a passion driven programme, aimed at protecting the wildlife in and around Lake Kariba National Park, rescuing any animals that may have been injured or snared through human intervention and assisting KAWFT (Kariba Animal Welfare Fund Trust) and National Parks of Zimbabwe in anti poaching sweeps and raising funds where required for KAWFT to enable them to carry on with their amazing work in animal rescue and care. We also work in assisting the impoverished in Kariba as well as supporting education at primary school level, on the importance of conserving the wildlife and saving the environment as well as assisting and raising funds, where required for schools and orphanages and the needy in the community.
