The Supporters of St. Vincent, NWR (Friends Group) supports the goals of St. Vincent NWR and USFW to preserve, protect and restore biological diversity and history of the refuge.

We began in 2007 to promote better understanding, appreciation, and conservation of the natural history and environment of St. Vincent, NWR. In addition to other activities the group contributes funds, goods, and services for Service interpretation, educational, recreational and biological programs. Currently the Friends group is actively supporting sea turtle patrol activities, a summer intern program, provides volunteers for educational and operational activities and conducts community outreach at local events.
