Mission Statement

The mission of Pallotta TeamWorks (Boston to New York AIDS Ride) is to provide experiences for people that allow them to discover their own magnificence, and forever alter their sense of what is possible and what is impossible, both for themselves and all humanity.

Description

Boston-New York AIDS Ride 6 presented by Tanqueray raises money to support the AIDS/HIV services and research of Fenway Community Health Center. Our mission is to increase the awareness and resources of people living with AIDS/HIV through the challenging experience of a 3-day bicycle trip from Boston to New York. Participants fundraise $1,700 in order to ride. The Ride takes place September 15-17, 2000. Volunteers are needed on an on-going basis to assist with office tasks and outreach. Additionally, hundreds of volunteers are needed Sept. 14-15 for registration and Opening Ceremonies, with a minimal commitment prior to those days. Boston-New York AIDS Ride has raised millions of dollars in the fight against AIDS in the past 5 years. We are now producing our 6th ride. Other Rides take place in various locations across the country.
