Mission Statement

The FAM Cultural Academy (The FAM) is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization whose primary goals are youth development and empowering women through fitness while promoting a healthy lifestyle for the entire family. Our mission is to build a healthy community and enhance, encourage, awaken the mind by building respect, self-esteem and cultural diversity through visual, literal, performing arts, and fitness.

Description

Mr. Malik Sibadili instituted the vision of The FAM in May 2004. Since its incision, he has implemented dance programs throughout area schools in the St. Louis Public School System, the YMCA, and other community centers. Malik has a passion for developing our youth, particularly young men into positive individuals who are destined for greatness.
