Mission Statement

The Ulster County SPCA is a nonprofit organization dedicated to animal adoptions, humane law enforcement, spay/neuter, and humane education. We are a no-kill shelter, working tirelessly to find adoptive homes for our animals. We do not receive any municipal funding, nor any from the ASPCA. We rely solely on donations from the community. Thank you for helping us achieve our mission to prevent animal abuse and neglect.

Description

The Ulster County SPCA houses 80-200 cats, 30-50 dogs, 20 rabbits, as well as a variety of farm animals, ranging from donkeys, roosters, ducks, goats, and pigs! The UCSPCA is open Tuesday-Sunday from 11:30am-3:30pm, Thursdays are the late day, we're open till 7pm!
