Description

Hospice Savannah is the only not-for-profit hospice in Savannah serving 8 counties in Coastal Georgia. Most pateints and families receive our services in their own homes. Hospice Savannah also has this area's only inpateint hospice option, Hospice House. We provide medications, medical equipment and supplies as well as professional services to people facing the last 6 months of life.
