Happenstance Charitable Foundation, Inc. is a ground-breaking 501(c)(3) organization centered on improving the lives of those in need. We believe that if the wo rld is going to change, then we have to be willing to help one another. We also strive to bring the unnecessary harm, neglect, and death of animals to an end.
By respecting what we have in this world, and by working with as many people in need as we are able to, we hope to spark a global movement of helping people and animals in an effort to make the world a better place. By encouraging those we serve to receive help and pay it forward, Happenstance is changing the world one good deed at a time.

Our goal is to provide funding for those in need of: food, clothing, medical support, scholarships, therapies, rent/mortgage support, animal rescue and care, and any other necessities as deemed fit.
