Through the spiritual power of music, we seek to create a stronger sense of Jewish identity, connection to community and pride in our shared culture and heritage. This will be accomplished through innovative, high-quality cultural programming that will demonstrate Jewish experiences, beliefs and values.

Description

Desert Gathering Jewish Music Fest began in 2013 as a project of Start Me Up AZ by Valley Beit Midrash. In its first year, it drew over 2,000 attendees spanning the whole spectrum of the Greater Phoenix Jewish Community. By establishing partnerships with many organizations around the Valley, we will continue to expand the reach and impact of our programming to include the whole Phoenix Jewish community and beyond.
