Bliss Kid Yoga is a 501(c)3 nonprofit dedicated to providing yoga programs for children, families and educators in order to help nurture physical and emotional health within the community.

We provide free and affordable community yoga programs for families and children of all abilities. Our programs promote positive bonding experiences and give families the tools to help their children thrive in a safe and creative learning environment.
