Lad Lake’s mission is "Guiding the growth of at-risk youth to reach their potential and live responsibly."
All Lad Lake program’s aim to achieve four major goals:
. To ensure that a youth is safe and their basic needs are met.
. To improve a young person’s ability to regulate and manage their emotions.
. Increase their knowledge and skills to be self-sustaining adults (education and employment).
