Mission Statement

DIG SoCal is created with a mission to positively and productively impact federal, state, and local agencies, as well as educational institutions and communities within the Southern California region. Through outreach activities, DIG SoCal will collaborate to celebrate diversity and inclusiveness by supporting various initiatives, co-hosting events, and attending educational forums. DIG SoCal will work with regional stakeholders to help implement strategies intended to foster and promote a better understanding and appreciation for diversity awareness within the SoCal community.
