Description
Delivering Innovation in Supportive Housing provides manages 6 Single Room Occupancy (SRO) buildings in San Francisco, 5 in the Tenderloin and 1 in the Mission neighborhoods. We serve 450 San Francisco residents living with chronic mental, physical and substance abuse health challenges. Our goal is to keep people out of the cycle of homelessness by using innovation solutions to address an age-old problem. We partner with supportive services to give tenants comprehensive care. We focus on bringing in programs and projects to break up isolation and empower the community within and across our buildings.
