Helping Hands

Description

Helping Hands provides food directly to needy families in the Juneau area. We have no fees nor do we ask any questions. Our volunteer's pickup from local grocery stores 7 days a week. We sort, clean, and stock all donations. Through these donations we supply food items to over 400 people weekly. We open our doors to the public twice a week. Our hours are Tuesday and Friday from 6:30-8 PM. We are located at 8411 Airport Blvd. We also serve our local university students, low income housing projects, Southeast Guidance Association, two local churches. Our main goal is to see that there are no hungry people in Juneau.
