Mission Statement

Our mission is to enable anyone with the heart, drive and determination to form and operate a non-profit business or simply raise funds for their selected cause. By providing experience, skills and tools, we simplify the process to run a fundraising event or establish an IRS-approved non-profit operation thereby allowing you to focus more on serving your cause of choice! We also raise funds and operate our own PADLS Program - Persons w/Autism or Disabilities Learn to Swim!

Description

We "Help U Help Others" by providing a wide variety of services, tools and support for non-profit formation (State and IRS approval), management consulting, fundraising support, financial analysis and control, etc. We also have significant experience with planning, organizing and running fund raising events such as large music festivals, silent auctions, celebrity chef dinners, etc. Our Foundation can also serve as a "Fiscal Sponsor" to provide your Donors & Sponsors with full IRS deductibility for their cash donations, gifts, or services while getting access to our suite of skills, services and tools for event planning and execution, including event on-line Donation Pages.
