WINGS is a non profit platform that brings together accomplished women and men to mentor talented young women who are aspiring to be leaders of the future. In the long term WINGS charter is to establish WINGS as a leadership institute for women executives and thought leaders on women's leadership development.

Experienced Guidance - Engage successful leaders as members of the advisory board. These women and men will also play a role as Mentors, Coaches and Advisors.

Aspiring Young Talent - Identify young women who are ready to take charge of their career through mentoring and by participating in WINGS networking events, discussion groups, workshops, and other career development activities.

Proven Methodology - WINGS platform offers proven mentoring methodology and framework which will lead to measurable outcomes. We will also partner with leading coaching organizations to further scale and sustain our goal to foster leadership skills among young women.

Philanthropic Activities - Raise funds through networking and learning events to deliver on our charity goals.
