Wabash Activity Center considers mature adults as those that realize the importance of physical well being, of preserving their mental abilities and socialization. The Wabash Activity Center is available for all mature adults to take part in activities that promote physical, social and mental well-being therefore maintaining, enriching and lengthening their lives and allowing them to live independently longer. We know research supports active adults require less medical intervention, less dependent care, have more fulfilled lives than those that do not remain active or even socialize. Every single activity, program and class delivers two or more life sustaining elements to support a positive, healthy lifestyle for all adults.
