Where are we today: RNHS is a HUD certified bilingual counseling agency providing workshops and 1:1 counseling to low income residents related to Pre- Purchase, Rental and Foreclosure Mitigation Counseling. RNHS believe that the affordable housing conversation does not stop at renting , RNHS continue to advocate and support community members explore the feasibility of homeownership. We continue to acquire single family homes that we secure for individuals to rent that are below the city’s AMI levels. The organizations mission looks to decreased economic inequality contributed to changes in economic or racial segregation in neighborhoods and communities, while looking address how these spatial inequalities affect the opportunities and life chances of residents.
