Ten Thousand Villages in Glendale, AZ is a nonprofit, fair trade retail store. We import handmade items from 38 developing countries in Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Middle East, and work to ensure the people who make these items are paid fairly and treated with dignity.

A majority of the artisans we work with are women. In many of the places where our groups work, women are under-valued and have little or no opportunity for employment.

The store is located at the SW corner of 67th Ave and Loop 101 in The Village at Arrowhead. Other stores in this center include AJ's Fine Foods, Chico's, Pei-Wei and others.
