Description

Hospice of Charleston was incorporated in March 1980. The agency served its first hospice patient in 1981. Since then we have become a community leader in end of life care. Our highly skilled, professional staff provides quality medical, emotional, and spiritual support to patients and their families. An interdisciplinary team of nurses, aides, social workers, chaplains and trained volunteers all work together under the direction of the patient's physician. Our inpatient unit provides 24 hour a day care from our team of skilled,dedicated, compassionate staff.
