Description

Simpson Mid-Town is an affordable housing residence for seniors located at 1001 Green Street in Center City Philadelphia. The 40-unit community, which opened in 2005, helps fulfill the need for affordable housing in this Philadelphia neighborhood. The community is the result of a partnership between Simpson Senior Services, Mid-Town Parish United Methodist Church, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the City of Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority.
