Peace Child Internationl Hawaii (PCI HI) was organizedto build a plausible, achievable vision of a positive future - one created by active, engaged, inspirational youth determined to pass on a better world to their children than the one they inherited from their parents. PCI HI is organized for the specific purpose of building youth leadership, action, and networks through educational programs, most significantly, through the organization and coordination of the World Youth Congress series. The World Youth Congress series is a biennial gathering of young leaders and activists to discuss and take action on issues that are critical to young people such as youth employment and global development. It is also an opportunity for cross-cultural exchange and dialogue and to build a robust youth network.

The World Youth Congress was created to bring inspirational youth together - the ones who have actually done something to realize their vision.
