PHASE (Pleasant Hill After School Enrichment) program is a 5th Ward academic tutoring and mentoring program that serves K-12th graders run by the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. Its goals are to holistically transform its students lives by helping them take charge of their academic, spiritual, physical, and social lives.
