I am an AmeriCorps VISTA working with SAIL for the year. I'm basically a longer-term volunteer and couldn't have picked a better place to spend my year of service. It's not too big, and I can really see the impact I am having immediately, and that feels good. There is a good organizational structure, and my time is respected.
