Mission Statement

I rescue rescue cats and dogs. My passion for rescue are cats and pitbulls, but I rescue what needs rescuing. My rescue is as much a sanctuary as a rescue. I have more unadoptable, unwanted animals, then adoptable ones. nadoptable/unwanted animals are black cats and dogs. Dark colored cats and dogs; injured, misshapen, old and sick cats and dogs are the majority of my menajery. My mission is to keep them safe until they die while I always look for them to find a loving family for the rest of their lives as they deserve. I take in a new animal, cat or dog, as I make space through an adoption.

Because I can only take in very few at a time, I help Good Samaritans with their rescues, by listing thme on my website and doing the adoption for them with safety measures in place that will allow all animals but in particular pitbulls to never go to another abusive situation where they can be used to fight or be used as bait for the poor dogs being trained to fight. Most people do not know how to do a proper adoption. So, since my physical resourses to take another dog in, are limited, I can at least help in the capacity of doing the apdoption process for them.

I would love to be able to have running funding coming in so that I can get the pitbull breeds, at least, sent to training so they can be adopted as good doggie citizens and thus someday change the tide of this ugly pitbull perception the media dishes out and the public accepts as say so.

I assume you mean a description of my rescue. I guess I got ahead of myself and did that above.

I am a rescue/sanctuary for unwanted cats and dogs.
