Habitat builds simple, decent houses for very low income families in need using volunteer labor, and tax deductible donations of material and funds.

Description

Habitat builds homes in partnership with very low income families. Families provide 500 hours of "sweat equity" and a $500 down payment, and repay a zero percent mortgage. Homes are sold at no profit.
