The CEO, Timothy Harrison, is a fraud. I rented my house to him through this program and he never paid a dime of rent. He leased it out to children leaving the foster care system, collected money from them, and never paid me. This is happening all over town and foster kids are being evicted on account of him being a fake! I am pursuing litigation against him and hope to have him jailed!
