Mission Statement: Fix The Hurt is a non-profit organization, founded to prevent and promote awareness of Domestic Violence and Dating Violence by providing education and training to large numbers in the workplace, schools, faith community, and the general public, preparing individuals and enlisting their efforts in the prevention of this pandemic,

Description

Fix the Hurt has taken a different approach to addressing the issues which surround domestic violence and abuse. Not only do we conduct trainings and seminars, but through our play/musical, "Domestic Violence, The Musical?" we have been able to reach large numbers within communities in Arizona, New Mexico, Texas and soon, Oklahoma, Colorado and Japan.

Through dance and music, we have walked the audiences through the mind of the victim and abuser to help them gain a better understanding of what their friends and family members in a violent relationship are going through. We offer effective methods of addressing these issues. What can you do to help? What is appropriate to say?
