B-More Dog is group of dog owners and advocates who are working to reach out to the Baltimore community with the message of responsible dog ownership. Many of us are pit bull owners who want to educate the public about the breed to dispel myths and stereotypes. We have programs in the works with local animal shelters to educate the public on basic dog ownership such as basic training commands, reading dog body language and how the consequences of irresponsible ownership affect the community. We are working to develop a children's outreach program to connect at-risk children with dogs to build a more humane future for Baltimore.
