Our volunteers are an asset to our team. They offer kindness and encouragement by visiting patients and their family. Share the gift of a smile, a gentle touch or just a kind word. No matter what your skills , talents or motivation, it make a difference.
Volunteer opportunites in the areas of Glen Allen, Powhatan, Midlothian, Ashland, Chester, Richmond, Goochland, Hanover and Henrico counties.

Description
Kindred Hospice is considered to be the model for quality, compassionate care fore people facing a life-limiting illness. More a concept of care rather than a specific place, hospice is also known as a type of "palliative care ". Our focus is on the physical, emotional and spirtual needs of patients and their loved ones, offering the care they choose in their home or a variety of settings.
