The Client Services Assistant (CSA) is the front line staff member for the Society. Their presentation influences the perception of the Society. For this reason, it is imperative that the CSA maintain a professional, positive, and compassionate demeanor and uphold the vision and policies of the Society at all times. The CSA will greet and intake clients, set appointments, make follow-up calls, assist clients with intake documents, prepare documents, and efficiently and delicately refer clients for casework interviews. No experience with military needed. Training will be offered. NMCRS will also reimburse mileage and reasonably priced childcare. Ability to access naval base with Department of Defense decals and military ID required. Background screening required if you are not a military dependent, spouse, retiree, reservist, or active duty member.
