At Spectrum Health Visiting Nurse, we love caring for clients in their homes! However, sometimes our clients need a little help getting out of their homes for appointments, shopping or special errands.
E&S and transportation volunteers can be a lifesaver when patients have no family close by or friends available to drive them or run errands. These special volunteers are people who like being on the go and understand how important it is for people who are shut-in their homes, to get out and stay connected to the community.

Description
Visiting Nurse offers a comprehensive program of home health care with coordinated services from our nurses, therapists, social workers, home health aides and volunteers.
We base our services on an assessment of the total needs--medical, social, psycological, spiritual--of both the patient and family.
Visiting nurse is a not-for-profit, community-based organization dedicated to meeting the health care needs of people and their families at home regardless of age, race, sex, religion, national origin, color, handicap, diagnosis, or ability to pay.
