ORGANIZATION: Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History

  • 31 people are interested

The Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History is the largest Museum of its kind in the world. We provide exceptional learning opportunities focused on the diverse history and culture of African Americans. Now you can help bring these stories to life by supporting group tours at the Museum.

Throughout the school year, students come to the Museum for guided tours of our core exhibit "And Still We Rise: Our Journey Through African American History and Culture". Students can also participate in various workshops while visiting the Museum.

We are looking for Tour Support Facilitators who help to insure that our guests have the ultimate tour experience by supporting the tour process from beginning to end.

Tour Support Facilitators provide quality customer service for our guests by greeting groups as they arrive, assisting with group registration, providing the tour orientation presentation, presenting information about the Ring of Genealogy located on the floor of the Ford Freedom Rotunda, escorting groups to side exhibits and assisting with crowd control during the guided tour.

This is an excellent way to help bring history to life. Become a Tour Support Facilitator today!
