Western Dairyland's Retired and Senior Volunteer Program partners with dozens of agencies to help you find the right volunteer fit for you. If this one isn't right for you, contact us to find your volunteer passion!
America relies on donated blood to save lives -- and the American Red Cross Blood Donation Center in Eau Claire relies on volunteers to help the donation process go smoothly! This is a very flexible way to make a large contribution to your community. Training is provided. Please consider being part of the life saving team in Eau Claire.
Are you looking to utilized your customer services skills and/or gain new skills? If so, the Red Cross is currently seeking a Donor Ambassador to welcome and greet donors and to provide general assistance throughout the blood donation process. The volunteer would also be responsible for making reminder calls, re-scheduling appointments, completing follow ups as needed and attending to donors in the Hospitality Area to ensure donors are recognized for their contribution. Orientation is provided by the Red Cross.

Description
Western Dairyland's Retired & Senior Volunteer Pprogram invites adults age 55 and older to "Lead With Experience" in their community! RSVP provides free, individualized support to volunteers in Buffalo, Eau Claire, Jackson, Pepin and Trempealeau counties, partnering with more than 60 community organizations where RSVP volunteers can potentially serve. We have a wide variety of opportunties throughout our service area and want to work with you to find the right match!
RSVP volunteers are part of the nation-wide service network SeniorCorps, sponsored by the Corporation for National and Community Service.
