The ElderPlace Kitchen Assistant will assist our kitchen staff with the setting of tables, the distribution of food on plates per person and in some cases the Kitchen Assistant will be able to assist with feeding some of our participants who require assistance. The Kitchen Assistant will assist with cleaning up of plates and tables after meals are served. If the Kitchen Assistanthas a Food Handler’s license then the Kitchen Assistant can assist with preparing food ahead of time for our participants.
Qualifications: Dependable, Food Handler's card preferred but not necessary, ability to take directions.

Providence ElderPlace is an innovative program of health care and social services for older adults. Our model of care is known as PACE (Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly). Nationally, PACE programs keep older adults as healthy as possible in the community by providing comprehensive health care and social services including: primary and specialty medical care, a day health program, social work services, rehabilitation, housing (if necessary) and much more.
