Manage the front desk including answering and directing all incoming calls.
Welcome visitors by greeting them in a friendly or courteous manner.
Maintain security by managing security doors, provide appropriate badges to visitors, and ensuring visitor logs are signed.
Provide basic clerical assistance including faxing documents and assisting with mail-outs.
Receive and distribute all incoming/outgoing faxes. Distribute all received purchase orders.

Description
For over 70 years, U&I has strived to assist individuals with disabilities and other marginalized segments within our communities to achieve their optimum level of employment, education, and independence. Through the training, advocacy, and support that we provide, individuals with disabilities, including veterans with disabilities, are able to develop essential work and life skills, access their desired job opportunities, and end the exclusion of their voice and value within society. Last year, we made a difference in the lives of over 1,000 individuals with disabilities, including high school students, homeless veterans and impoverished adults being dismissed, left out and overlooked.
