If you're a college student seeking intern opportunities in the fields of healthcare, medical social work, nursing, spiritual care, palliative medicine or medical records, consider Crossroads Hospice.
Crossroads is committed to being at the forefront of the hospice care industry, to continually shape the way palliative care is viewed and administered...so that everyone can expect more from us.
Crossroads Hospice is licensed by the state and certified by both Medicare and the Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP). From our inception, we have had one philosophy--expect more. Since 1995, we’ve been busy reinventing hospice by finding ways to spend more time with patients and families; and developing ideas to help them get the most from this delicate life experience. Crossroads is there when patients and their families need us most. Our patient-to-staff ratio is among the best in hospice. As a result, we provide more daily visits to our patients than anyone in hospice care. Our staff consists of doctors, nurses, aides, chaplains, social workers, bereavement coordinators, volunteer coordinators and volunteers, all working as a team to meet the needs of the hospice patient and their family.
An internship with Crossroads Hospice provides an ideal learning environment which allows students to contribute to the quality care Crossroads Hospice is known for. Contact us for information on internship opportunities that are currently available.
