ORGANIZATION: Ocean Institute

Information Booth volunteers assist in greeting students and their teachers as buses arrive. Volunteers direct and manage flow of multiple groups to ensure a timely and safe welcome. This is an essential volunteer position; you are the first and last person our visitors will interact with. You need to be a brand ambassador, have excellent customer service skills, enjoy interacting with other people, and be comfortable approaching strangers (new friends) who pass by the information booth with a friendly greeting.

You must be 18 years or older to fill this volunteer opportunity. There is a requirement of 2 shifts per month. Shifts vary from 4-5 hours from weekday to weekend.
