Are you the type of person who takes great satisfaction in making that check mark on your to-do list? Do you enjoy tasks such as office projects, filing, and more? Do you have a few hours each week that you would like to spend helping a great cause?
If you answered yes to these questions, then we might have the perfect opportunity for you! We are looking for a dedicated and organized individual, who is happy to work with a wonderful array of pleasant personalities at Waukesha County Health and Human Services. One of our Cild Welfare areas is looking for an exceptional team member to help coordinate an ongoing office project. The project includes data entry, contacting clients, and filing. The ideal volunteer is organized, dedicated to the position and child welfare, and is great at working with coworkers and clients. The position may also assist with other light projects such as data entry, emailing and contacting vendors, and maintaining and updating file information. Volunteers should be comfortable working with excel and have great communication skills. We will provide any job specific training.
Flexible schedule, with anywhere between 2-8 hours per week. Hours available Monday-Friday from 8:00-4:30. Volunteers will work closely with an incredible team of social workers!
