Front Office Volunteer
Help Make a Difference in Your Community!
Wildflower Healthcare is looking for friendly and reliable volunteers to assist at our front office. If you enjoy working with people and want to be part of a team that provides essential healthcare services to those in need, this opportunity is for you!
Responsibilities:- Greet and assist patients with check-in and check-out
- Answer phone calls and provide basic information about clinic services
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Maintain patient records and assist with data entry
- Help with administrative tasks, filing, and office organization
- Support staff in ensuring smooth front office operations
- Friendly, patient, and comfortable interacting with people from diverse backgrounds
- Able to commit to at least one 4-hour shift or full day per week
- A quick learner who can navigate basic computer tasks and office procedures
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Dependable and able to follow instructions carefully
- Willing to complete training (as this role requires time to learn)
