2.000 years ago there was 'No Room at the Inn' for baby Jesus. Fast forward to Christmas 2018 and join over 2,500 volunteers at the SoupMobile Annual Celebrate Jesus Christmas Gala. It's a 'one of a kind' event in the entire nation & its called CELEBRATE JESUS. The SoupMobile takes 500 homeless men, women & children & puts them up at the spectacular downtown Dallas Omni Hotel for Christmas. All of our homeless guests receive new clothes, fabulous gifts, lots of love and we throw a huge banquet for them & in their honor. In a tradition started by former Mayor Tom Leppert, the Mayor or Deputy Mayor typically comes to the banquet each year to serve as the 'Head Waiter.' Most important is that when our homeless guests wake up on Christmas morning it's in a warm safe bed at the Omni---NOT in a cardboard box under a bridge somewhere. Help the SoupMobile make 'Room at the Inn' for the ones Jesus called the 'least of these.' Help us give 500 homeless people the most magical Christmas of their lives.
