Chicago Family Directions provides volunteer tutoring to Chicago Public School studens starting in 2nd grade. This is an in-school, after-school, 1 1/2 hours every Tuesday and focuses on reading and vocabulary development. The mission of Chicago Family Directions, a non-profit 501(c)3 charity, is to provide foundational reading skills development to K-3 students in temporary living situations as well as students whose families live near the poverty line. We partner with schools, communities and businesses by appealing to their social responsibility initiatives to support our mission through volunteerism and financial support.

Chicago Family Directions is a 501(C)3 charity which partners with schools to provide foundational reading skills development to K-3 students whose families live in temorary living situations and/or whose families leave near the poverty line. Currently, Chicago Family Directions is tutoring iin Chicago, IL: Joliet, IL: Aurora, IL. We provide our services at no cost to the schools or te students we serve.
