RSVP Healthy Bones and Balance Program Leaders practice their skills at a leader training.


Train to lead RSVP's award-winning Healthy Bones & Balance classes! Help seniors stay strong and active.

RSVP-trained Volunteer Leaders, 55 years or older, lead exercise classes held in senior and community centers once to three times a week in 24 area towns in the Pioneer Valley. Volunteer Leaders attend an initial training and several annual informational meetings.
