DRWF is looking for health professionals, case managers, healthcare advocates and volunteers to provide health related resources to our website, www.diabeteslocal.org. This website is designed as a resources guide for patients, students and health professionals to local resources in several categories such as fitness, medication, eating and self-management. We are seeking volunteers to add information on resources in their local area onto our website.

The Diabetes Research and Wellness Foundation's mission is to help find the cure for diabetes, and until that goal is achieved, to provide the care and self-management skills needed to combat the life-threatening complications of this terrible disease.

Headquartered in Washington, DC with an office in United Kingdom. Our goal is to create opportunities for both individuals and corporations to exercise their ability of making a difference as a volunteer/ sponsor / participant in a variety of first time events to bring those with diabetes or those that are of risk for diabetes closer to education and products that will help manage their everyday activities while raising valuable dollars to take the next step closer to the cure.
