Volunteers are needed to assist with daily activities scheduled for nursing home residents. Activities include Bingo, Arts & Crafts, card games (Mahj, Euchre, Bridge, etc), board games, Wii games (bowling), cooking/baking, parties, and more.
Generally activities take place mid morning and early afternoon, 7 days a week, and run 1-1.5 hours. This is a great opportunity for individuals and/or companies/clubs (youth groups, scouts, young professionals, etc). Activities can be "personalized" for volunteer groups with 1 month's notice.
