During our personal and professional development program, Candidates will be assigned a Candidate Support Coordinator. Support Coordinators serve as one-on-one personal change coach - as an individual support, not crutch for the Candidate while they are creating and working their "change journey" goals as they define them. Life Coaches work through a defined process in weekly meetings providing support and accountability on 5 domains of life: physical, financial, relational, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Your schedule will be determined on your Candidate and your availability at least once a week for 10 weeks.
