Volunteers 14 years of age or older are needed to help before lessons with the grooming and tacking of program horses, and help during lessons. Volunteering during the lessons can consist of leading the horse or sidewalking the rider.

Description
Mane Stream provides year-round adaptive recreational horseback riding to children and adults with disabilities. Mane Stream also offers Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and Speech and Language Therapy, as well as an inclusive summer camp experience for children with or without disabilities. In addition to these programs, Mane Stream offers "Take the Reins" for veterans and Armed Services members and "Horses for Healing" for those living with, recovering from and living life after cancer.
